We are looking for an experienced and confident Senior IT Recruiter who can manage end-to-end IT recruitment, build robust candidate pipelines, and coordinate effectively with clients and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and technical positions.
Understand client requirements and prepare effective sourcing strategies.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
Maintain a strong and active pipeline of qualified IT professionals.
Handle candidate follow-ups, interview feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.




Work closely with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring requirements.
Negotiate salary, notice period, and other relevant aspects with candidates.
Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality of hiring.
Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, trackers, and candidate records.
Mentor and guide junior recruiters/freshers when required.
Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required Skills
3+ years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment, preferably from a staffing/recruitment consultancy.
Robust knowledge of IT technologies, technical roles, and recruitment processes.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment portals.
Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Confident in handling candidates and client/hiring manager interactions.
Good understanding of salary negotiation and candidate closure.
Ability to manage multiple requirements and work under tight deadlines.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented, proactive, and result-driven approach.
