Assist in reprogramming somatic cells to generate disease and healthy iPSC lines with guidance from senior scientists. Perform differentiation of iPSC lines into target cell types (e.g., cardiac, neural, skin) following established protocols. Capable of isolating primary cells from various tissue source under the supervision of seniors. Conduct basic characterization assays for differentiated cells, including immunofluorescence and flow cytometry under senior s supervision. Aid in the development and validation of complex in vitro models such as organoids or organ-on-chip systems with team support. Maintain accurate and detailed experimental records to ensure traceability and regulatory compliance. SOP writing, Inventory management, cell banking or any other operational support as per the need. Follow ALCOA+++ and GMP compliance practices
