Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end Myntra & Nykaa marketplace operations through seller panels.
Drive online sales, revenue & gross margin targets across SKUs.
Plan and monitor weekly inventory & stock availability.
Manage Marketplace Ads, Deals & Coupons to maximize sales.
Handle payment reconciliation, reviews & ratings, A+ Content/RPD and catalogue optimization.
Drive keyword updates, product visibility & conversion improvement.
Develop and execute channel-wise sales strategies.
Coordinate with Category SPOCs at Myntra & Nykaa.
Track marketplace performance and provide analytical insights using Excel.

Preferred candidate profile
Mandatory: E-commerce / Marketplace experience only.
Hands-on experience with Myntra and/or Nykaa.
Robust understanding of online operations, marketplace sales & seller panels.
Excellent Excel, analytical and communication skills.
Candidates from Amazon/Flipkart/other marketplaces will be considered only if they have relevant Myntra/Nykaa exposure.
