Key responsibilities:
Identify and track potential fundraising prospects across IPOs, QIPs and other ECM / merchant banking transactions through market intelligence and industry connections, and convert these into live mandates
Develop and maintain strong relationships with promoters and key decision-makers with regular engagement
Identify fundraising opportunities across Pre-IPO, IPOs, QIPs and other equity transactions
Coordinate closely with the execution and placement teams through the transaction lifecycle
Conduct regular market outreach and relationship management

Role requirements: strong financial analysis and valuation skills with an understanding of market dynamics; robust promoter and CXO access credibility and sourcing ability; high street intelligence; robust communication, negotiation and commercial sense; willingness to travel extensively.

Experience is tiered by title: Sr. VP 8+ years / VP 6+ years / AVP 5+ years of ECM or core financial markets (fund raising) origination experience.
