Key Responsibilities
Quoting rates to customers
Negotiation with shippers, carriers, vendors, etc.
Prepare and verify export documents (MBL/HBL, Invoice, Packing List, SI, BL)
Coordinate with shipping lines for draft BL, corrections, and final BL release
Booking, vessel schedules, cut-offs, and cargo movement
Coordinate with internal & external teams
Ensure timely updates and smooth shipment execution
