The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into clients and closing IT service and software development deals. You will work closely with potential clients, understand their business requirements, present our solutions, handle negotiations, and successfully close deals.
Responsibilities
Convert qualified leads into paying clients
Understand client business requirements and project needs
Present IT services and software solutions effectively
Conduct client meetings and sales calls
Prepare and share proposals and quotations
Handle pricing discussions and negotiations
Follow up with potential clients regularly
Close IT service and software development deals
Maintain solid relationships with clients
Coordinate with the technical team when required
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Update lead and sales information in the CRM
Requirements
1+ years of experience in IT sales or business development
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in closing B2B sales deals
Positive understanding of IT services and software development
Ability to handle international and domestic clients
Solid presentation and relationship-building skills
Target-oriented and self-motivated
