Key Responsibilities:
Manage and support SAP BASIS, S/4HANA & HANA environments.
Handle installation, configuration, monitoring, troubleshooting, transports, system refreshes and client copies.
Perform HANA administration, backup/recovery, performance tuning, upgrades and migrations.
Support S/4HANA conversion, HA/DR, cloud settings (AWS/Azure/GCP) and RISE initiatives.
Manage SAP security patches, SAP Notes, user administration and system performance.
Resolve incidents within SLA and support SAP Solution Manager/Focused Run monitoring.
