Responsible for sourcing of Capex equipment, Category Management, Implementing Cost saving projects, establish ARCs and SLAs, Cash flow management with DPO improvement, Sourcing, PR to PO conversion, Monthly MIS.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsible for sourcing of Capex equipment
Responsible for floating the RFQ & getting quotations from suppliers based on scope of work received from internal users.
Understand the technical recommendations from technical team
Negotiations with potential bidders, create POs and contracts
Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders
Follow up for GRIN and for payment to suppliers.
Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders
Category Management, Implementing Cost saving projects, establish ARCs and SLAs,
Cash flow management with DPO improvement, Sourcing, PR to PO conversion, Monthly MIS.
SKILL & KNOWLDEGE SET:
Know how of Purchase procedure, Strategic buying.
Spend Analysis, Categorization, catalogue management
Software SAP, MS office tools Excel, work, Power point.
Educational Qualifications
Minimum Qualification : B.Tech./ B.E.
