Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare sales reports using advanced excel, MIS preparation, and dashboard creation.
Provide back office support for sales coordination and office coordination tasks.
Develop PowerPoint presentations and HR payroll services as required.
Assist in MIS activities to ensure accurate data analysis and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business excellence initiatives.
Plan and facilitate periodic Sales Review Meetings.
Track Sales Leader-wise and team-wise monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual targets versus achievement.
