Job Summary: The Branch Manager for Equity Broking at Indiabulls Securities will be responsible for managing all operations and business activities of the branch. The role requires driving sales, managing client relationships, and leading the branch team to achieve revenue targets. The Branch Manager will act as the face of the company in the assigned region and work towards expanding the client base in equity broking services.
Key Responsibilities: •
Business Development & Sales:
• Focus on revenue generation and acquisition of current client relationships.
• Drive current client acquisition and increase revenue from existing clients through equity broking services.
• Develop and implement branch-level sales strategies to meet/exceed targets.
• Identify and capitalize on market opportunities, promoting various equity products.
• Acquisition of Authorised Persons to expand the business network. • Team Management & Leadership:
• Minimum 3 years of team handling experience in the stock/commodity broking field.
