We are hiring a Senior Vice President Business Development to lead the Engineering Business for our MNC client, driving current customer/project acquisition, strategic accounts, revenue growth and profitability across the Automotive Engineering & Manufacturing ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Business Development and growth for the Engineering Business.
Drive new customer and project acquisition across Automotive Engineering/Manufacturing.




Build relationships with Automotive OEMs, System Integrators and Engineering/Design Houses.
Drive strategic accounts, revenue growth, commercial negotiations and profitability.
Lead and develop the Business Development/Sales team.

Key Requirements
18+ years of experience in senior Business Development / Sales / Business Leadership.
Strong experience in Automotive Manufacturing Engineering / Engineering Services.
Proven track record in current business and project acquisition.
Strong exposure to Automation, Robotics, Digital Manufacturing / Industry 4.0.
Solid relationships with Automotive OEMs, System Integrators or Engineering/Design Houses.
Strong commercial orientation with experience in revenue growth, strategic accounts and team/business leadership.
