Assess Affordable LAP loan applications and verify customer eligibility. • Analyze financial documents, bank statements, income proofs, and property papers. • Evaluate customer repayment capacity and creditworthiness. • Conduct risk assessment as per company credit norms. • Coordinate with sales, credit, legal, and technical teams for loan processing. • Review CIBIL reports and identify risk indicators. • Ensure proper documentation and compliance before loan approval. • Recommend loan approval, rejection, or deviations based on assessment. • Maintain TAT and ensure quality underwriting decisions. • Monitor fraud risks and policy deviations.

Positive understanding of Affordable LAP underwriting. • Knowledge of banking/NBFC credit policies and processes. • Ability to analyze financial and property documents. • Familiarity with CIBIL and risk assessment. • Solid analytical and decision-making skills. • Positive communication and coordination abilities
