Source, screen, and recruit qualified healthcare professionals for US-based healthcare facilities.
Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct initial screening interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications, experience, and communication skills.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Update clients on hiring progress and candidate pipeline status.
Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of candidate records in the recruitment database.
Build and maintain a strong network of healthcare professionals for future hiring needs.

Required Candidate Profile
Graduation (Any Stream)
Good English Communication Skills
Basic Computer Knowledge
Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment workplace
Must be comfortable working in Night Shift (US Timings)
