Role & responsibilities
Assist oncologists in patient examination, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
Take patient medical history and perform basic physical assessments.
Review and monitor laboratory reports, imaging results, and diagnostic tests.
Support doctors during oncology procedures and clinical treatments.
Monitor patients undergoing chemotherapy, radiation therapy, or other cancer treatments.
Identify and report treatment side effects or complications to the oncologist.
Maintain accurate patient records and clinical documentation.
Educate patients and families about treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care.
Coordinate with nursing staff, pharmacists, and other departments for patient care.
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols and safety standards
