General Description Of Role

Responsible for the administration and operational delivery of retirement benefit plans, partnering with third-party administrators, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure accurate plan management,



participant support, and regulatory compliance. Oversees retirement plan operations, communications, financial reconciliations, vendor management, and annual plan activities while driving process improvements, supporting projects and plan changes, and maintaining strong controls, governance, and documentation across U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico retirement programs.

This position reports through the People Operations team with a robust partnership with the Perks Center of Excellence.

Job Responsibilities

Oversee administration and operational delivery of retirement benefit plans across U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. (Defined Contribution/Defined Benefits)
Manage third-party administrators, vendors, financial reconciliations, funding activities, and annual plan events.
