Design complex multilayer PCBs using Altium Designer for power electronics and embedded systems applications.
Work closely with Hardware Design Engineers to convert schematics into optimized PCB layouts.
Develop PCB layouts for analog, digital, mixed-signal, and high-power circuits.
Perform component placement, routing, grounding, shielding, and power plane optimization.
Ensure compliance with EMI/EMC, thermal, creepage, clearance, and safety requirements.
Generate manufacturing outputs including Gerber files, ODB++, Pick & Place files, Assembly Drawings, and BOMs.
Create and maintain PCB libraries, footprints, and component databases in Altium Designer.
Review designs for manufacturability (DFM), testability (DFT), and assembly (DFA).
Coordinate with PCB fabrication and assembly vendors for prototype and production builds.
Support prototype testing, debugging, failure analysis, and design improvements.
Prepare detailed design documentation and release packages.
