Role & responsibilities

Sales & Business Development
Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and profitability targets within the territory.
Develop current business prospects across infrastructure, construction, real estate, RMC, mining, industrial, and government sectors.
Promote construction and infrastructure equipment and allied products.
Generate enquiries and convert them into successful business opportunities.

Customer & Dealer Management
Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, builders, infrastructure developers, consultants, fleet owners, equipment rental companies, and institutional customers.
Appoint, develop, and manage dealers and channel partners to improve market penetration.
Conduct regular dealer reviews and implement sales improvement initiatives.

Project & Institutional Sales
Identify and pursue project-based business opportunities.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and negotiate commercial terms.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely order execution and customer support.

Team & Market Management




Lead and guide Sales Engineers and Territory Sales Executives within the assigned region.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, and market trends.
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and dealer training programs.

Sales Operations
Maintain sales pipeline, CRM, and monthly MIS reports.
Monitor collections and ensure timely payment realization.

Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining profitability.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in sales and business development within construction equipment, infrastructure equipment, capital equipment, or commercial vehicle industries. Candidates with experience in selling Concrete Mixers, Self-Loading Concrete Mixers, Batching Plants, Concrete Pumps, Transit Mixers, or similar construction equipment will be preferred. Experience in dealer development, institutional sales, project sales, fleet sales, and territory management is highly desirable
