The Area Business Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing
marketing strategies and branch operations within the ABG. They will be
responsible for developing and implementing plans to enhance customer
engagement, improve operational efficiency, and drive business expansion. This
role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking, with a focus on
delivering exceptional customer experiences and achieving business objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a team of marketing and branch professionals, providing
guidance and support to drive business growth.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase brand awareness,
customer acquisition, and retention.
Oversee branch operations, ensuring productive and effective customer service
delivery.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth
prospects and develop creative solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including
customers, partners, and internal teams.
Monitor and evaluate performance metrics,



identifying areas for improvement
and implementing necessary changes.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all
marketing and branch activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing and branch

QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
