Lead and manage the graphic design team and assign tasks based on project requirements.
Create high-quality and creative designs for social media, branding, advertisements, websites, and marketing campaigns.
Develop branding concepts, logos, brand identities, and other visual communication materials.
Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and consistency of designs before delivery.
Guide junior designers and provide feedback to improve their design quality and skills.
Understand client requirements and translate concepts into effective visual designs.
Coordinate with the Creative, Social Media, Content, Video, and Marketing teams for campaign requirements.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
Manage design revisions and ensure client feedback is properly implemented.
Maintain consistency in brand guidelines, typography, colors, layouts, and visual style.




Develop creative concepts and current design ideas for campaigns and promotional activities.
Assist the team in solving complex design requirements and technical issues.
Support other departments with creative requirements whenever necessary.
Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and industry standards.
Organize and maintain design files, templates, and creative assets properly.
Ensure all final designs are suitable for both digital and print platforms.
Monitor the team's daily and monthly output and ensure assigned targets are achieved.
Take responsibility for maintaining both design quality and productivity within the team.

Pay: ₹14,519.24 - ₹49,121.11 per month
