About the Role
We are looking for a creative and hands-on Senior Graphic Designer – Art Direction with 6–8 years of experience across print and digital design. The ideal candidate should have robust visual design skills, understand digital mandates and brand requirements, and be comfortable translating creative concepts into impactful communication across multiple platforms.
The role will involve working closely with creative, account and client teams while also guiding junior designers and maintaining a high standard of creative output.

Key Responsibilities
Develop creative concepts and visual designs across print and digital platforms.
Translate briefs and brand guidelines into engaging and effective design solutions.
Create designs for digital campaigns, social media, websites, presentations, marketing collaterals, print communication and other brand assets.
Have a strong understanding of digital design mandates, formats, layouts and user behaviour.




Ensure consistency in visual language and brand identity across all touchpoints.
Work closely with copywriters, creative leads, account teams and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality work.
Review and provide constructive feedback on the work of junior designers.
Guide and mentor junior team members on design thinking, execution and best practices.
Manage multiple projects and timelines while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
Stay updated with current design trends, digital formats and creative best practices.

Required Skills & Expertise
6–8 years of experience in Graphic Design / Art Direction / Visual Design.
Robust portfolio demonstrating work across both print and digital.
Excellent command of Adobe Creative Suite, particularly:
Adobe Photoshop
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe InDesign
Strong understanding of digital design and social media creatives.
Positive knowledge of typo
