Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role based in Jaipur. The Sales Manager will oversee regional sales operations, develop and implement sales strategies, and drive revenue growth for Makita’s power tools, spare parts, and accessories.



Daily responsibilities include managing dealer networks, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and distributors, and identifying recent business prospects in the woodworking and construction segments. The role involves tracking sales performance, preparing reports, forecasting demand, and coordinating with marketing, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager will also coach and support sales representatives, conduct market visits, and represent Makita India at local industry events and customer meetings.
Qualifications

Proven skills in sales management, account management, and business development within industrial products, tools, or related sectors.
Experience in channel management, dealer/distributor relationship building, and territory planning for the Indian market.
