Role & responsibilities

As a Kitchen Crew Member you are the engine of our kitchen operations. You will prepare dishes as per standard recipes, maintain high-quality cooking, ensure consistency, and keep your station clean and productive.
Your role directly influences guest experience and kitchen performance.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items as per standardized recipes and SOPs
Ensure correct portioning, plating, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations and kitchen equipment
Follow proper food storage, labeling, and FIFO practices
Assist in daily mise en place and prep activities
Monitor stock levels and inform supervisors of shortages




Maintain speed and accuracy during peak service hours
Adhere strictly to food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines
Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Preferred candidate profile
Guest Relationship & Engagement: Exceptional ability to nurture relationships with regular guests.
Operations & Reservation Management: Proficient in managing reservation systems, seating charts, and maintaining Front of House (FOH) service standards.
