About the Role
Submarine Pens Ltd. is a writing instruments company with over 25 years in the industry, operating a portfolio of brands spanning everyday, premium, and luxury segments. We're looking for a Marketing Intern to support our marketing team across research, brand strategy, and content execution.
This role suits someone early in their career who wants hands-on exposure to how brand positioning, market research, and marketing execution come together in a real business, not just theory.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market and competitor research, including category sizing, pricing benchmarks, and positioning analysis across Indian and global brands
Support brand strategy work by synthesising research into transparent, actionable recommendations
Assist with content creation, including product copy, social media captions, and brand presentation material
Help plan and execute social media content calendars, and track basic performance metrics




Conduct periodic audits of website listings and retail channels to check for accuracy and consistency
Support preparation of internal reports and summaries for leadership review
Assist in maintaining brand guideline compliance across marketing materials

Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Robust research skills, with the ability to identify credible sources and clearly flag gaps or limitations in available data
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone for both formal and informal audiences
Good organisational skills and comfort managing multiple ongoing tasks
Proficiency with basic office tools (Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Google Slides)
Genuine interest in branding, marketing strategy, and consumer behaviour

Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva.
