Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Manager Personal Loan (Core Connect) to drive personal loan business through customer connect, lead generation, and effective sales conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Drive Personal Loan sales through customer connect and direct sourcing.
Generate recent business through existing customer relationships and market outreach.
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to login and disbursement.
Achieve monthly sales, login and disbursement targets.
Maintain robust relationships with customers for repeat and referral business.
Coordinate with credit and operations teams for smooth processing.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.
Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure high-quality business generation.

Candidate Profile
Graduate in any discipline.
Experience in Personal Loan / Unsecured Loan / Retail Asset Sales preferred.
Candidates from Banking, NBFC or Financial Services background preferred.
