We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh graduates from non-IT backgrounds to join our team as RCM Medical Billing Executives. This is an excellent opportunity to begin your career in the US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) domain.

Selected candidates will receive the required process training and will work with US Healthcare clients in a night-shift environment.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduates from 2025 or 2026 batches only.
Non-IT background graduates only.
Any degree discipline may be considered, subject to eligibility.
Good communication skills in English.
Willingness to work in a US Healthcare night shift.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attention to detail and willingness to learn.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.





Key Responsibilities
Handle medical billing and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) processes.
Review and process healthcare-related information accurately.
Work on claims, billing, and payment-related processes.
Follow standard operating procedures and client requirements.
Maintain accuracy and productivity while meeting process targets.
Coordinate with internal teams when required.
Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of healthcare information.

Significant Note

Only 2025 & 2026 passed-out graduates from Non-IT backgrounds are eligible. Candidates must be willing to work in the US Healthcare night shift.
