Generate enquiries and sales opportunities for fire fighting and fire protection systems.
Understand project requirements, specifications, BOQs and tender documents.
Prepare technical and commercial quotations for fire fighting projects.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects and end customers.
Promote products and systems such as fire pumps, hydrants, sprinklers, fire alarm systems, hose reels, valves and fire suppression systems.
Conduct site visits, surveys and technical discussions.
Follow up on quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close orders.
Coordinate with design, estimation, procurement and project execution teams.
Maintain relationships with existing customers and develop current accounts.
Track project pipelines, sales targets and competitor activities.
Ensure compliance with relevant NFPA, IS and local fire-safety standards.
Required Skills
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical,
Fire & Safety or related engineering field.
Experience in fire fighting systems / MEP / HVAC / EPC project sales preferred.
Good knowledge of fire protection equipment and systems.
Ability to read drawings, BOQs and technical specifications.
Solid communication, negotiation and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office is an advantage.
