Role & responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and other channels.
Handle volume hiring and multiple positions as required.
Coordinate interviews, salary discussions, offers, documentation, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS, and hiring reports.
Follow up with candidates to ensure timely joining and reduce offer dropouts.
Support HR operations, including employee documentation, onboarding, attendance, HR records, and other day-to-day HR activities.
Ensure HR and recruitment processes follow company policies and guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile
Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Should have a knowledge of MS Office
Knowledge of BFSI/Insurance would be additional advantage
