Roles & Responsibilities




Design and develop scalable Java/Spring Boot microservices.
Use AI models and coding agents to accelerate software development.
Convert business requirements into prompts/specifications for AI-assisted development.
Review, debug, refactor and optimize AI-generated code.
Ensure code meets enterprise standards for security, performance and maintainability.
Develop REST APIs, integrations and messaging components using Kafka and IBM MQ.
Build unit, integration and component tests.
Work with architects, developers and business stakeholders.
Continuously evaluate emerging AI development tools and introduce helpful AI-assisted engineering practices
