Handle inbound calls and enquiries from US-based customers and understand their product/service requirements.
Recommend the right products and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to increase customer value.
Build solid customer relationships through confident, skilled, and US-market-friendly communication.
Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and convert inbound enquiries into sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects/customers and achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Previous experience in US/International Sales, Inbound Sales, Upselling, or Customer Conversion will be preferred.
Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
