Role & responsibilities

Required Technical Skill Set
Proficiency in scripting including JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular with experience in REST API integration will be a plus.
Proficiency with ServiceNow framework and positive understanding of UI Scripting, Script includes, UI Action, UI Policy, Business Rules, Workflow development, service-now administration, Reporting in ServiceNow, Database view in ServiceNow.
Experience on one or more ITSM, CSM or other SNOW modules. Implementations will be a big plus

Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role

1.Should know how to create service Now forms and catalogues.

2.Experience implementing/configuring ServiceNow ITSM & CSM Platform.

3.Experience on Server-side scripting, Patching, and integrations

4.Maintain technical documentation, assist/participate in QA and user training activities.

5.Practical experience in creation or modification of ITSM and CSM components
