Description:

Robust hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB.
Deep understanding of CI Class Manager, Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE), and CMDB Health.
Experience with Discovery, Service Mapping, Service Graph Connectors, and Data Certification.
Experience defining CI lifecycle stages and governance processes.
Robust understanding of Common Service Data Model (CSDM).
Experience implementing Business Applications, Business Services, Application Services, Technical Services, and Service Offerings.
Ability to map infrastructure CIs to business services and align CMDB structures with ServiceNow best practices.
Understanding of service portfolios, ownership models, and service hierarchy design.
Experience configuring and extending CI classes.
Knowledge of class inheritance, relationships, identifiers, reconciliation definitions, and data models.
Understanding of server, network, cloud, application, database,



and endpoint CI classes.
Experience defining class standards, attributes, and governance controls
Understanding of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and IT Asset Management (ITAM).
Knowledge of procurement, deployment, maintenance, warranty, refresh, and retirement processes.
Experience maintaining asset-CI relationships and supporting lifecycle compliance.
Familiarity with software licensing, asset reconciliation, inventory management, and audit requirements
