Production Management
Plan and monitor daily assembly production according to the production schedule.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the specified time.
Manpower Management
Supervise operators and assembly workers.
Prepare and manage shift-wise manpower allocation.
Process Control
Ensure operators follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Check that correct parts, tools, fixtures, and specifications are used.
Machine & Equipment Management
Monitor the condition of assembly machines, tools, and fixtures.
Coordinate with Maintenance when equipment abnormalities occur.
Daily Monitoring & Reporting
Monitor hourly production and achievement against targets.
Record production, rejection, rework,
downtime, and other relevant data.
Prepare daily/shift production reports.
