Roles and Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Component Architecture: Create reusable, modular components and maintain a well-structured component library.
Collaboration: Work closely with UX/UI designers, backend developers, and product managers to define, design, and ship current features.
Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices and code quality standards.
Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and insights to the team, making architectural decisions and recommending tools and technologies.
Agile Practices: Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning,



daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of qualified experience in software development, with a focus on front-end technologies.
Robust proficiency in ReactJS and its ecosystem (React Router, Redux, etc.).
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (ES6+).
Experience with RESTful APIs and/or GraphQL.
Familiarity with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
