Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective students/customers and generate qualified leads.
Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate counselling.
Explain courses, programs, benefits, and career opportunities clearly.
Conduct counselling sessions and follow up with interested prospects.
Convert qualified leads into admissions/sales.
Maintain regular follow-ups through calls and other communication channels.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.
Build strong relationships with students, parents, and prospective customers.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Comfortable with calling and counselling.
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Ability to handle objections and convert leads.
Compensation & Perks
CTC: Up to ₹12 LPA, depending on experience, skills, and performance.
