Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate accounting records for raw materials, WIP, and finished goods
Perform periodic physical stock verification and reconcile variances in Tally
Ensure correct inventory valuation as per FIFO / Weighted Average methods
Record and verify day-to-day accounting transactions and ledger entries
Support internal, statutory, and tax audits by preparing schedules and reconciliations
Educational Qualification
Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) - Mandatory Experience
Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience in a manufacturing setting
Technical Skills
Expert-level proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP 9:
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas) Domain Knowledge
Robust understanding of manufacturing accounting cycles
Hands-on experience in inventory control, costing, and stock reconciliation
