Site Execution: Supervise daily in office activities for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
Drawing & Quality Compliance: Verify that all installations strictly adhere to approved engineering drawings, method statements, and local building codes.
Manpower & Resource Management: Manage the daily attendance, productivity, and scheduling of technicians, plumbers, and electricians.
Material Control: Track inventory, verify material quality, and plan procurement to minimize wastage at the site.
Safety & EHS: Enforce health and safety regulations, conduct toolbox talks, and maintain a hazard-free work setting.
Testing & Commissioning: Assist the engineering team in testing systems, logging defects, and preparing for project handovers.
