Role & responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, supervisors, and workers.
Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Check measurements, materials, workmanship, and work progress.
Monitor bar bending & shuttering, concrete & brick work, tiles & painting, plumbing & electrical, carpentry & checklist activities as assigned.
Ensure proper use of materials, tools, and equipment at the site.
Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned team for timely solutions.
Maintain daily work progress reports, measurements, checklists, and site records.
Follow safety procedures and ensure workers comply with site safety requirements.
Coordinate with other departments to complete activities within the planned schedule.
Conduct quality inspections and report defects or deviations.
Support senior engineers in planning, execution,



and project documentation.

Preferred candidate profile
Education: Diploma / B.E. / B Tech in Civil Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
Experience: 510 years in construction/site execution.
Hands-on experience in any of the relevant construction trades mentioned above.
Good knowledge of construction methods, materials, drawings, and measurements.
Ability to supervise workers and coordinate with contractors.
Robust site management and problem-solving skills.
Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
Willingness to work at construction sites and travel between project locations when required.
Candidates with solid practical site experience will be preferred.
