Sembridge is looking for a Senior Snowflake Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize enterprise-scale data platforms. The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on experience with Snowflake and hold a valid Snowflake certification .

What You'll Do
Design, develop, and optimize scalable data pipelines and transformation workflows using Snowflake .
Build robust ELT/ETL solutions leveraging SQL, Python, Snowpark, dbt , and Snowflake-native capabilities.
Modernize existing data-processing pipelines using reusable engineering patterns and incremental processing.
Implement Snowflake features such as Dynamic Tables, Streams, Tasks, and Stored Procedures .
Improve platform performance and optimize costs through query tuning, clustering strategies, and warehouse optimization.
Develop data models,



orchestration frameworks, monitoring, testing, and data quality solutions.
Integrate batch and real-time data using tools such as Fivetran, Kafka, Airflow , or similar technologies.
Collaborate with architects, DevOps teams, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, production-ready data solutions.
Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide hands-on technical contribution across development, troubleshooting, optimization, and production implementation.

What We're Looking For
7+ years of experience in Data Engineering with strong, hands-on expertise in Snowflake.
Hands-on Snowflake experience is mandatory.
Solid technical expertise in:

Advanced SQL
Python
ELT/ETL Pipeline Development
dbt
Data Modeling
Performance & Cost Optimization

Experience with:
