Job responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads/customers.
Explain company products or services.
Answer customer questions and provide basic information.
Follow up with interested customers.
Maintain call records and update customer information.
Schedule appointments or arrange callbacks.
Handle basic customer complaints professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly calling or lead-conversion targets.
Coordinate with the sales or customer-support team
