About the Role

We're hiring a Lead Generation Executive to build our sales pipeline across two products (stationery and packaging) and two markets (domestic and export). This is a top-of-funnel role you'll identify, qualify, and hand off leads, not manage full-cycle accounts.

Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain target lists of buyers for both stationery and packaging — domestic manufacturers/distributors/schools, and overseas importers/wholesalers
Run outreach via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, export directories, and B2B platforms (IndiaMART, TradeIndia, Alibaba, Global Sources)
Qualify leads on product interest, volume, budget, and timeline before handoff
Track trade fairs, tenders,



and marketplace inquiries for inbound prospects
Maintain a CRM/pipeline tracker segmented by product, region, and order stage
Send catalogues/quotes to qualified leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Report weekly/monthly on leads generated, qualified, converted, and source-wise performance

What We're Looking For
1–2 years in B2B lead generation, ideally across stationery, packaging, paper, or corrugation
Export lead-gen experience is a robust plus (directories, trade portals, trade fairs)
Comfortable with CRM tools and structured pipeline tracking
Solid written English for export outreach; working Hindi/regional language for domestic
Hunter mentality — driven by outreach volume, not afraid of rejection
