Purpose of the Position
This position is required to focus on following areas:
This position is created to drive continuous improvement initiatives, standardization, digitalization, and cost optimization projects while supporting timely project execution and enhancing customer responsiveness.
Lead Engineers are primarily engaged in project execution activities and have limited capacity to focus on improvement initiatives. This position will ensure dedicated attention to such projects.
Take full ownership of improvement projects aimed at enhancing customer response time, operational efficiency,



and overall service performance.
Lead and complete standardization, digitalization, automation, and cost-saving initiatives to improve productivity, quality, and business processes.
Support Lead Engineers by handling improvement-related activities, enabling them to focus on project execution and helping minimize project delays.
Support to the pre-bid cell to derive the costing of no API Lube Oil System.

Major Responsibilities
The position holder shall be responsible for driving continuous improvement, digitalization, standardization, cost optimization, and engineering support activities.
