Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma in related fields like ceramics, metallurgy, Industrial Engineering etc.
Min 5 years of experience in Steel plant refractory with basic knowledge about Steel making process, ladle lining, furnace lining & operations, maintenance etc.
Manpower handling in shifts, communication within the team, interact with customer whenever needed.
Ability to work within the team in dynamic working workplace.
Your role
We are currently looking for a proactive, task-orientedand sincereindividual for managing our site.
Your tasks will include:
Enforce & adhere to site safety rules & PPE’s for self & workforce.
Manage shift & coordinate with customer, RHIM team members & other resources
Adhere to the SOW for respective aggregates & report in case of any deviations.
Attending On Site Discussion / problems, preparing preliminary technical reports.
Monitor product performance,
