Key Responsibilities
Perform installation, maintenance, repair, and basic troubleshooting of designated equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and field modifications on equipment.
Order, manage, and monitor repair parts, including parts availability and repair/replacement lead times.
Maintain customer service logs, internal service records, and other service-related documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure timely issue resolution and appropriate follow-up.
Maintain tools and test equipment and ensure that all equipment is properly calibrated and maintained.
Comply with Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Utilize the escalation process to effectively resolve customer service and technical issues.
Work closely with the local service team to provide reliable and productive technical support to customers within the assigned territory.
