Operate production/assembly machines as per SOP.
Meet daily production and quality targets.
Perform basic quality inspection and identify defects.
Follow safety, PPE, and EHS procedures.
Maintain 5S and housekeeping on the shop floor.
Record production and inspection data.
Report machine/process abnormalities to the supervisor.
Support Kaizen, TPM, and continuous improvement activities.
Work effectively in a team and follow shift schedules.Role & responsibilities
