Designation: Business Development Executive / Manager

Locations: Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, and Chennai

Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
Three to five years of sales or business-development experience
At least three years of experience in the medical-device, IVF, or pharmaceutical industry
Experience managing distributors and regional sales is preferred

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales activities for the company’s product portfolio within the assigned region.




Develop and carry out regional sales plans that support company policies and business goals.
Set and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Identify recent business opportunities and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, distributors, and key accounts.
Appoint recent distributors and support their development within the assigned region.
Provide product guidance, sales support, and coaching to distributors to improve their performance.
Monitor distributor sales, market coverage, inventory, and customer activity.
Work closely with internal departments to support customers and improve sales results.
Act as the main link between the head office and field teams to ensure transparent and timely communication.
Prepare regional sales forecasts, performance analysis, and regular reports.
Monitor and report issues affecting regional performance, including pricing, competition, market trends, distributor performance, staffing, and customer concerns.
