Role Description This is a full time, in office hotel management operations role based in Anand. The role involves overseeing daily hotel operations, including front desk activities, housekeeping coordination, and food & beverage service to ensure a consistent, high-quality guest experience.



The individual will monitor occupancy, manage room allocation, and support sales activities to drive revenue and optimize performance. Responsibilities include handling guest inquiries and resolving issues, supervising staff schedules, and maintaining operational standards and compliance with company policies. The role also requires tracking expenses, supporting budgeting processes, and collaborating with ownership and leadership to implement service improvements and operational efficiencies.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage guest interactions, address concerns, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
