Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing and maintaining quality documentation, supporting development and implementation of quality management procedures, and participating in internal and external audits. The individual will collaborate with clinical operations, supply chain, and project management teams to monitor quality risks, investigate deviations, and drive corrective and preventive actions. The role also includes contributing to continuous improvement initiatives, supporting training on quality processes, and ensuring that clinical trial operations align with best practices in quality and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Quality Assurance and Quality Management for clinical and supply chain processes.
Candidates should possess solid Quality Control skills to monitor, verify,



and document adherence to established standards.
Candidates should possess Positive Manufacturing Practice (GMP) knowledge relevant to clinical supplies and regulated settings.
Candidates should possess Quality Auditing experience, including planning, executing, and reporting internal and vendor audits.
Relevant experience in clinical research, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or medical devices is highly beneficial.
Robust understanding of regulatory guidelines and quality systems, with attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across cross-functional and global teams.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, biotechnology, or a related field preferred.
