Seeking a CAM/CNC Programmer skilled in Siemens UG NX to create geometries, generate toolpaths, and develop CNC programs for turning, milling, and mill-turn machines. The role focuses on delivering productive, accurate, and production-ready machining solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Create and modify part geometries using Siemens UG NX.
Generate and optimize CNC toolpaths.
Perform toolpath post-processing and CNC code generation.
Program Turning operations (VTL & HTL).
Develop CNC programs for 2-, 3-, and 5-axis Milling.
Create and validate Mill-Turn programs.
Automate CNC machining processes.
Ensure adherence to quality and tolerance requirements.
Simulate and verify CNC programs before production.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams.
Optimize machining strategies and cycle times.
Troubleshoot CNC programming and machining issues.
