nSoftware Engineering Manager – AI & Platform
nExperience: 7–15 years
nIncuBrix is a Singapore-headquartered startup building an AI-powered workspace for creators, agencies and marketers.
nAs we expand our India R&D; team, we're looking for a builder-manager who can develop people, establish a strong engineering rhythm and remain close to architecture, code and production systems.
nThis is not a coordination-only role. You'll lead the team while staying technically involved.

Hiring, onboarding, performance, retention and leadership developmentn
Collaboration with Product, Design, AI, Operations and GTM teamsn

nWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
n
n
7–15 years of software engineering experiencen
2+ years as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, Staff Engineer or Architectn
Experience leading teams of 3–10+ engineersn
Proven delivery of SaaS, AI or platform productsn
Strong hands-on background in Python or Gon
Technical judgment across frontend, APIs, data and distributed systemsn
Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, AWS, Docker, CI/CD and observabilityn
Robust hiring, coaching, evaluation and stakeholder-management skillsn

nExperience with LLMs, Generativ
