Operations Manager

About the Role
Skyria is looking for a proactive and organised Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day operational activities of the brand. The role will primarily involve inventory management, marketplace operations, product listings and catalogue management, along with coordination of routine business activities.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management
Maintain and monitor inventory across different sales channels.
Track SKU-wise stock availability and identify low-stock or out-of-stock products.
Coordinate inventory movement between the warehouse, marketplaces and other locations.
Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile discrepancies.
Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding stock requirements.
Prepare regular inventory reports and highlight products requiring replenishment.

Marketplace & Product Listing Management
Manage product listings across the various online channels where Skyria sells.
Create and update product listings, including titles, descriptions, sizes, colours, images, pricing and other attributes.
Ensure SKUs, barcodes, inventory and catalogue information are correctly mapped across platforms.
Monitor listing errors, catalogue issues and inventory-related problems.




Coordinate with marketplace support teams for resolution of operational issues.
Assist with onboarding recent products and launching existing products on additional channels.

Order & Marketplace Operations
Monitor day-to-day marketplace operations.
Coordinate with warehouse and fulfilment teams for timely order processing.
Track operational issues that may affect order fulfilment or marketplace SLAs.
Maintain reports related to orders, inventory, returns and marketplace operations.
Follow up with marketplaces, logistics partners and internal teams wherever required.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, marketplace operations, catalogue management or office operations will be preferred.
Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
Comfortable working with SKUs, inventory data, reports and online portals.
Solid attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Practical, organised and solution-oriented approach to work.

Preferred platform exposure: Myntra, Blinkit, Shopify, Unicommerce, or other e-commerce marketplaces and ERP systems.
